A new course at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business will call on graduate students from across the college system to develop startup plans that could bring Texas-based energy technologies and services from concept to deployment.
Established in partnership with the Texas Entrepreneurship Exchange for Energy, a collaborative initiative launched earlier this year in support of student-driven entrepreneurship, the TVL Energy Ventures Practicum is a joint effort of McCombs' Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs and the KBH Center for Energy, Law and Business; the Cockrell School of Engineering; and the UT Energy Institute.
